We travel throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Travel outside of NYC may be available for an additional fee, please contact us for a custom quote.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but your package hasn't arrived, we recommend allowing 5–7 business days, as carrier tracking updates can occasionally be delayed. If your package still hasn't been located, contact us at hello@themakeupstationnyc.com. We'll work to investigate the shipment, including reviewing delivery GPS information, to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

At The Makeup Station NYC, we prioritize the safety, hygiene, and quality of our products. Due to the nature of cosmetics, we maintain a strict 14-day return window.
Eligibility: Returns are only accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. If the product has been used or opened, we will not accept a return.
Non-Defective Returns: Returns due to non-defective reasons (such as a change of mind or allergic reaction) will incur a $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at Hello@themakeupstationnyc.com within the 14-day window. Upon approval, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of label issuance.
Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process it and notify you of the decision. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Final Sale Items: All sale, promotional, or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
